Zeeshan is a Partner in K Law’s banking and finance practice group. He is responsible for leading the deal execution, sourcing mandates, expansion of the practice and team management. He has over 14 years’ experience in transactional and advisory work in the banking and finance and restructuring/insolvency space. He specialises in transactional practice involving a variety of debt products including structured finance, bank/ syndicated lending, acquisition/ leveraged finance, and project finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers. He has also advised various stakeholders in relation to debt restructuring deals and resolution of stressed debt including under the insolvency and bankruptcy code (IBC), restructuring under the RBI framework and banking and financial regulatory matters.

Prior to joining K Law, Zeeshan was associated with finance teams of law firms like, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., AZB & Partners, DSK Legal, and Dentons-Link Legal. He has also worked with Industrial Finance Division, Corporate Legal Department of Union Bank of India.
