Karan was the Co-Founding & Co-Managing Partner at Iuris Consultus between Dec 2018 to Jan 2025, handling legal cases across India for various companies, including corporate houses (MSMEs, Start-ups, Multinational Conglomerates, Public companies, trusts, partnerships, etc.), which include real estate developers, jute mills, public sector banks, cooperative banks, consumer electronics manufacturers, insurance companies, LPG cylinder manufacturers, money lenders, casinos, traditional lottery organizers, hotels, telecom companies, HNIs, and elevator manufacturers. Karan handles legal matters including those pertaining to insolvency and bankruptcy, aviation, real estate, debt recovery, property disputes, estate planning, sexual harassment, tenders, intellectual property rights, criminal trials, consumer disputes, and family & matrimonial disputes.

Karan regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Competition Commission of India (CCI), Prevention of Money Laundering Appellate Tribunal (PMLA), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (NCDRC).

• Karan has successfully represented 14.2 Kg LPG cylinder manufactures before the Supreme Court of India in the landmark judgment Rajasthan Cylinders & Containers Ltd v. Union of India reported as (2018) SCC Online SC 1718.

• Karan has successfully represented a group of Locomotive Pilots before the Supreme Court of India in the reportable judgement Jarnail Singh v. Lachhmi Naraian Gupta reported as [2018] 10 S.C.R 663 in the constitutional challenge to M. Nagaraj Case.

• Karan has successfully represented financial creditors before the NCLT-DB (Principal Bench) in the reportable judgment Vishal Fabrics & Ors v. AVJ Developers (India) Pvt Ltd reported as 2021 SCC Online NCLT 29787.

• Karan advises and represents for Mr. Pawan Gupta, Founder of M/s. PP Jewellers, and his companies.

• Karan advises and represents Mr. Charanjit Singh, Founder of M/s. Blue Heavens, and his companies.
